Southern Rivers Community Services is a non-for-profit organisation and a registered NDIS Provider dedicated to provide high personal care to people living with disability. Care, Compassion and Professionalism are our core values and our services are based on the needs of the individuals. We strive to provide the highest possible care to our clients by working with them to achieve their individual needs so that they can lead a normal life.
