Ross House Association (the office) is closed from 3pm, Thursday 21st December 2023 to Tuesday 2nd January 2024 (inclusive). The building will be locked to the public during this time and access will only be possible by swipe or 4-digit access code. RHA staff will be back online and in the office on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.

ACCESS INFORMATION
For Tenants:
- You must have your swipe or permanent code to access the building during this closure period. If you don’t have these, please contact Ross House before 3pm on Thursday 21st December 2023 so we can organise access for you.
- Please be reminded that your swipe or permanent code only gets you onto Ground Level and the Level of your office.
- If you have booked a meeting room, you will need the 4-digit access code found in your booking confirmation email to gain access.
- For emergencies, please contact Security on 1300 02 04 06.
For Meeting Room Users:
- Please make sure you have your 4-digit access code to get into the building and meeting room. This can be found in your booking confirmation emails.
- If you need help, please contact the Front Desk on (03) 9650 1599 / rosshouse@rosshouse.org.au before 3pm on Thursday 21st December 2023.
- For emergencies, please contact Security on 1300 02 04 06.
