Our recently renovated meeting room is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 people. The room is equipped with a SMART TV featuring HDMI connectivity, offering seamless integration for your presentations.
With plenty of natural light, this room is perfect for in-person meetings. It can also be adapted for hybrid meetings allowing users to integrate a portable camera and microphone of their choice. For the tech-savvy, connectivity extends to mobile devices through the SmartThings app, allowing you to transform your phone into a camera or utilise screen mirroring functionalities. The room contains 16 chairs and 4 tables, and an air purifier.
This room is available 7am – 11pm and is accessed via a 4-digit code provided on booking. Can be booked in half hour blocks.
An induction must be completed before using the AV, please contact the Front Desk to arrange.
